Our natural wine comes from Salseo, friends of ours who run roaming food, wine and music nights around London with a Latin American streak. They source natural, low-intervention bottles, a lot of it Catalan, so we handed the list to them.

Each wine is priced by small glass, large glass and bottle.
2023 Splash, Château Barouillet, Sémillon (VDF)
